Puerto Rican Holidays and How They Affect Our Processing Times
Our processing times are calculated in business days in Puerto Rico. Therefore, Saturdays, Sundays, official holidays, and any special closures that may be announced during the year are not included.

Holy Thursday is listed on this page solely for practical reference. It is not a fixed annual legal holiday in Puerto Rico. However, in some years, the government may designate it as an administrative day off, a partial closure, or a total closure by means of an executive order, memorandum, or official directive.
How does this affect your order?
Processing time is calculated in business days, not calendar days. For example, if an order is placed just before a long weekend or a local holiday in Puerto Rico, the estimated delivery date may be extended, even if the customer is located in the United States or abroad.
Important Shipping Information
Processing time is different from shipping time. Even when a document is ready to be shipped, the final delivery date will also depend on the shipping method you choose.
Last updated: March 21, 2026. We recommend reviewing this calendar at the beginning of each calendar year and whenever a state of emergency or special closure is declared in Puerto Rico.
