Certificate of Criminal Record
- Establishes that at the time of a match, you do not have a criminal record with the Puerto Rico Police.
- Available exclusively with a Puerto Rico driver's license or identification issued by the Department of Transportation and Public Works (DTOP).
- Verification is limited to judgments issued by Puerto Rico courts.
- It does not include convictions legally expunged from the criminal record or pardons.
- It is also known as "Certificate of Good Conduct" or "Negative Certificate of Criminal Record".
- We are also working on the elimination of criminal records, but only for less serious crimes.

- Automatically in English and Spanish.
Processing and shipping time
- Regular: 10 working days, plus shipping time.
- Urgent: 3 to 5 working days, plus shipping time.
- Shipping: The cost is automatically calculated according to the address provided when ordering. To USA and PR are by federal mail, and international via FedEx® or UPS®.
