I recommend Abogado Notario Online ! Years ago, I owned a property in Puerto Rico. Now that I live in the U.S., in order to buy a new property, the bank required documentation proving that I was no longer responsible for that property in Puerto Rico. Needless to say, I didn’t have it, and the bank said they couldn’t help me. Keep in mind this was all happening during the COVID-19 pandemic... English: The professionalism and dedication that Attorney Olivencia demonstrated in providing his services were a blessing to our family. The legal matters he handled were highly complex and required a great deal of effort and work on his part (Declaration of Heirs, sale of a house in Puerto Rico, distribution of proceeds to the heirs, preparation of multiple powers of attorney, requests for various documents and certificates from different government agencies in Puerto Rico, etc.), and everything was handled online and via email since we do not live in Puerto Rico. He was precise, efficient, and knowledgeable about the laws in the United States, the Caribbean, Puerto Rico, and Europe. He approached the matters he was handling with the utmost respect and treated us with respect and dignity. We will not hesitate to reach out to him for help if we need it in the future. Spanish: The seriousness and professionalism demonstrated by Attorney Olivencia were a blessing to me and our family.
