• First, search for the information on the topic you want in our portal.
• Almost all topics have specific online forms (see menu at the top).
• The online form is the preferred and most efficient form of communication.
• Example: If it is about an inheritance, visit the Inheritance Transfer page.

• Our services are completely online, but in some cases, such as deeds, signing in person will be required.
• If you fill out the form correctly and your case is evaluated, you will receive a response within 2-3 business days. You should also check your Junk Folder ("Spam" or "Junk Folder").
• Do not use more than one method of communication to avoid delays or rejections.

• Certificates from the Demographic Registry of Puerto Rico or Apostilles (for use in other countries): you can order directly.
