It is necessary that you first look for the information on the corresponding topic on our portal. Almost all of the topics we work with have their own online forms online (look in the menu at the top of this page). This is the preferred and most efficient way of communication as each form has specific questions that you will need to answer in order to evaluate your case. For example, if your case is about an inheritance, go first to the Inheritance Transfer page and fill out the form on that link. There you will also find general guidance. All our services are online only.
We also process Certificates from the Demographic Registry of Puerto Rico and what are known as "Apostilles" (for use abroad). You only have to place your order directly inside the corresponding certificate.
On the other hand, if you fill out the form completely and your issue is evaluated as perhaps being able to be addressed, you will receive a response within 1-2 business days. In such a case, you should also check your Junk Folder ("Spam" or "Junk Folder"). Please, to avoid unnecessary duplication of effort on our part, do not use more than one method of communication at a time or your order may be delayed or rejected.
