Certificate of Criminal Record
We can get your Certificate of Criminal Record only if you have, or have had, a Puerto Rico driver's license or identification card. That is, if you do not have such identification issued in Puerto Rico, unfortunately, we cannot obtain your Certificate. We will also need your Social Security number at the time of your order. This Certificate is also known as a "Certificate of Good Conduct" or "Negative Certificate of Criminal Record". Finally, we also work on clearing criminal records, but only for misdemeanor offenses.
What is the Criminal History Certificate?
This Certificate establishes that at the time of a comparison you do not appear with a criminal record at the Puerto Rico Police Department. Such verification is limited to sentences issued by the courts of Puerto Rico. In other words, the Certificate does not include information from federal jurisdiction or from another country, as well as convictions legally removed from the criminal record or pardons.
How long does the process take and what does the shipping look like?
10 working days. In addition, we have a service urgent o super urgent (5 or 3 working days, respectively), for an additional cost at checkout. The shipping cost will be automatically calculated according to the address you enter when finalizing your order.
We ship anywhere in the world. For PR or USA, we use the federal mail system (Priority or Express) . International shipments are through FedEx® or UPS®.
