English: The professionalism and seriousness which Attorney Olivencia demonstrated in the performance of his services were a blessing to our family. The legal issues handled by him were of a highly complicated nature which required a lot of effort and work on his part (Declaration of Heirs, sale of a house in PR, distribution of proceeds to the Heirs, preparation of multiple powers of attorney, request of multiple documents and certificates from various government agencies in PR..) and all handled via the internet and emails since we do not reside in Puerto Rico. He was precise, efficient, knowledgeable of the laws in the United States, the Caribbean, Puerto Rico and Europe. He was highly respectful of the issues he was handling and treated us with respect and dignity. We will not hesitate to reach out for his help if we need it in the future. Los asuntos legales atendidos por el fueron de una naturaleza muy complicada, que requirio mucho trabajo y esfuerzo de su parte ( declaratoria de herederos, venta de casa en Puerto Rico, distribucion de fondos a dueno y herederos, obtencion de multiples documentos y certificados de diferentes agencias de gobierno en PR..., preparacion de multiples Poderes legales...) y todo hecho a distancia dado que no vivimos en Puerto Rico. Fue eficiente, preciso, conocedor de las leyes en PR, el Caribe y Estados Unidos y altamente respetuoso de los asuntos que estaba manejando y nos trato con respeto y dignidad. No vamos a titubear en volver a pedirle ayuda si la necesitamos en el futuro.
