- Official certification from the government of Puerto Rico that legalizes documents for international use.
- Not required for documents to be used in Puerto Rico or the United States.
- It arises from an international treaty to simplify the legalization of documents.
- Also known as "Hague Apostille".
Documents requiring Apostille
- PR Demographic Registry Certificates: Only originals issued under the new format that began in July 2010.
- Certificate of Criminal Record
- Diplomas or Transcripts: Require additional certification prior to apostille, to be added at the time of ordering. Only the copy of the diploma is apostilled, not the original.
- Private Documents: They require from us an affidavit and that you send us the original after ordering.
- Judgments: Only the certified copy, with the internal revenue stamps affixed at the end.
What if I don't have the document?
- You can add it to your order before applying for the Apostille, as listed above.
Do you already have the document?
- Place your order and send the original, if necessary, to the address we will inform you after payment.
- If it is a PR Demographic Registry certificate, make sure it was issued in the new format that started in July 2010. If you already have it, and wish to preserve it, so as not to delay your order or for future use, you can add a new one with us.
Processing and shipping time
- Processing: 10 working days. Urgent services available (5 or 3 working days), at the time of payment.
- Shipping: Depends on the selected service ("Priority" or "Express"). We ship anywhere in the world.

- Printed paper only, with additional option of electronic format when ordering.
