Certificate types and processing times

1. Regular: ✅ Letter size ✨ the most common ✨
   📅 Normal: 15 days
   ⚡ Fast: 10 days
   🔥 Urgent: 5 days🔔 These are working days.
   ⚠️ Births 100 years old or older may take up to 60 days.
2. Literal or "long": Legal size with additional data, only for special procedures (e.g. Spanish citizenship, correction of errors or name change).
